Spring Break Camp

Spring is Coming!!


and we have Spring Break Camp for young Naturalists, Environmentalists, Animal lovers, and those curious about the Natural World. Send your kids on a wild adventure during Spring Break, with a camp experience they’ll never forget. Help them discover some of the planet’s most incredible creatures. You’ll be impressed with how much your children will learn as they enjoy activities, games, and animal encounters.

This very unique camp accepts a maximum of 10 registrations per class over the March Break.


March 13 to 17 – 2017 for ages 6 to 8 years old

March 20 to 24 – 2017 for ages 9 to 12 years old

Times: Monday thru Friday     10:30 AM to 3 PM

Price: $155 plus 5% GST

10% discount for siblings – additional 10% discount for Society members ( see Membership page )

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued with 7 days notice of cancellation.

All of the registration fee goes toward the care and feeding of our rescued animals

Please remember:   – Bring a water bottle – Wear clothes that can get dirty and closed toed shoes – Bring a nut-free snack and/or lunch

Veiled Chamelion

Children taking part in this program will learn about animals of all kinds and the fundamentals of conservation and good environmental stewardship. The camp allows children to explore their curiosity about the natural world in our relaxed, unique facilities surrounded by our 300 rescued exotic animals.

Our camp leader

Victoria Schuppert – Victoria is a trained vet assistant and will help provide your child with hands on interaction with some of our animals when it is part of the lesson plan. She has taught our Summer Camps and has been teaching our Nature Club for 1.5 years. Victoria is very passionate about animals of all kinds.

Please note that our camp leaders have had a criminal records check by the RCMP as is the provincial requirement for all people working with children.
